TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT?
Items will ship within 5 days of receiving an order for non-custom products. Shipping takes place Monday-Saturday, excluding all major Holidays. Typically, we try to ship same day if an order was placed before 8 am on a weekday. However, there may be situations when additional time is needed to fulfill the order. If we receive your order on a weekend, expect it to ship the following week.
FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Custom products will ship once the apparel has been produced. Timing depends on many variables. Please contact your club or team for the expected ETA or email info@befreeridebikes.com and we will be happy to provide some direction.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
We provide specific sizing guides on each product page. However, if you are not sure about your size after reviewing the guide, you can email info@befreeridebikes.com for additional help.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE EXCHANGES & RETURN FOR CUSTOM APPAREL?
Custom ordered products such as team or club apparel are one-of-a-kind, bespoke items and therefore are not eligible for return or exchanges unless Be Free Ride Bikes made a mistake sending the wrong item or it's defective. Hey, it happens once in a while!
HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Depending on the time of the year, custom products usually take 4-6 weeks for production, delivery, and shipping to the customer. This varies based on the quantity of items being produced, holidays, and other factors that might be outside of our control.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS FOR NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
30-day return period for online purchases. No returns for custom products, sale items, or gift cards. Initiate exchanges by emailing info@befreeridebikes.com with your request and details. Inspect and report damages or issues upon receipt and submit photos for review. Returned items must be "as-new," unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is wrong, damaged, or defective. Refunds issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will ship within 5 to 7 days of receiving the returned item.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER?
Email info@befreeridebikes.com as soon as possible. If the order has shipped before you contact us, you will need to contact the carrier directly. Be Free Ride Bikes will not replace or refund orders in these instances...a new order will need to be made if the product is lost or stolen. In some cases, custom products may not be eligible for re-order.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF A CUSTOM ORDERED ITEM?
In most instances, we can make amendments to custom ordered items within the Pre-order window time frame. If the Pre-order timeframe has expired, no modifications can be made to your order so please double check your everything before submission.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to return the item at your expense for a refund.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
After we receive your item(s), we’ll send you a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days
HOW DO I USE A COUPON OR DISCOUNT CODE?
To use a valid promotional/discount code you can enter it into the promotional code box on the "checkout" page.
FABRIC CARE
Machine wash at 104°F(40°C) on a gentle cycle. Wash dark colors separately. Do not tumble dry (PLEASE NEVER DO THAT!) Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing directly on prints. PRO TIP: Just spread your apparel out all over the laundry room and house to air dry (Your spouse or roommate will love this).
